  • Carefully held group environment
  • Plant allies — cacao and sceletium tortuosum — incorporated within the ceremonial container
  • Emphasis on consent and self-directed pacing

Who This Is For

  • Feeling disconnected from your body
  • Navigating emotional intensity or transition
  • Seeking a deeper embodied experience

A health and safety questionnaire is required before attending. This work is not suitable for people currently taking SSRIs, MAOIs, or certain other medications. Please reach out before applying if you have questions about suitability.

Preparation Support

Overview

For people who have chosen to engage with a psychedelic experience through a lawful pathway — including TGA-approved clinical programs or legal settings overseas — preparation support offers a space to arrive with greater clarity, groundedness, and self-knowledge.

This service is entirely independent of any clinical program, trial, or ceremony. I do not provide, facilitate, recommend, or advise on access to any substance. This support is offered in a coaching and educational capacity only.

Important
This work does not involve the provision, facilitation, or recommendation of psychedelic substances.

Focus

  • Nervous system awareness and grounding
  • Intention setting
  • Understanding possible experiences
  • Personal boundaries and self-knowledge

Why It Matters

Arriving with a grounded sense of self and clear intentions supports safety and the ability to stay present with whatever arises.

Format

  • 1:1 sessions
  • Available to people who have independently arranged access through a lawful pathway
  • Not sure if this is the right fit?
Book a complimentary 15-minute phone call.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, answer questions, and explore whether this service aligns with your needs. If it doesn’t, I’ll point you toward more suitable options where possible.

Psychedelic Integration

Overview

Integration supports you in making sense of your experiences and translating them into meaningful, grounded change.

This includes experiences from clinical treatments, research trials, or those that have occurred in other settings.

Training
I hold certification in Psychedelic Therapies and Integration through Psychedelics Today (Vital Psychedelic Training, USA), and further training through Psychedelic Institute Australia.

Scope
Psychedelic substances remain restricted in Australia. This is a non-clinical coaching and education service. It does not involve the facilitation of, or guidance on accessing, any substance.

Focus

  • Making sense of your experience
  • Emotional awareness and somatic grounding
  • Bringing insight into daily life
  • Navigating difficult or intense experiences

Approach

Your system leads. This is not about interpretation — it is about being present with what arises and supporting your integration.
