Choose a pathway

Each pathway supports a different moment: preparing with care, entering a screened ceremonial space, or integrating what follows. Start with the closest fit and continue from there.

Ceremonial Work

Cor Ritual is a held ceremonial space weaving somatic awareness practices, music, cacao, and kanna / Sceletium tortuosum to support embodied presence, emotional awareness, connection, and gentle self-inquiry.

This may be for people seeking a carefully held group container, gentle embodied exploration, and a process that includes preparation and screening.

Support involves somatic awareness practices, music, reflective space, cacao, kanna / Sceletium tortuosum, consent, choice, and self-directed pacing.

Kanna / Sceletium tortuosum may be unsuitable alongside certain medications, including antidepressants and medications affecting serotonin (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics). A health and safety questionnaire is required before attending. Cor Ritual is not therapy, clinical treatment, or a psychedelic ceremony.

Preparation Support

Preparation Support is 1:1 support before a lawful psychedelic or plant medicine experience, a ceremony, or another meaningful personal threshold.

This may be for people preparing for a lawful experience through their own arrangements and wanting to arrive with more steadiness, self-knowledge, clear boundaries, and care.

Support may include conversation, embodied reflection, nervous system awareness, grounding practices, intention-setting, boundaries, aftercare planning, and readiness reflection.

Elementos Living does not provide, facilitate, recommend, or advise access to substances. This is non-clinical coaching and education, not therapy or clinical treatment.
