Hello, Kaya, Olá… I am Thaysa.
A little bit about me
Originally from Brazil, I bring both lived and professional experience to this work — shaped by cultures that understand the body, ceremony, and the integration of inner life as inseparable from daily living.
I work at the intersection of emotional wellbeing, nervous system awareness, and lived human experience.
My background spans years working in health and community settings alongside people navigating complex, meaningful, and sometimes difficult inner experiences. Alongside this I have trained in somatic, integrative, and body-based approaches.
The work offered here is independent of that professional background — shaped by it, but not defined by it.
This space is not about quick fixes or surface-level insight. It is for people who are willing to engage with their inner world in a grounded, honest, and supported way.
My approach is shaped by:
- nervous system-informed awareness
- somatic awareness and embodied inquiry
- reflective and integrative frameworks
- respect for the complexity of human experience
I am particularly interested in how people make sense of intense, meaningful, or transformative experiences — and how those experiences are integrated into daily life in a way that is sustainable and real.
Work with me
I offer non-clinical wellbeing coaching and integrative support for individuals seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and their internal landscape.
This work may include:
- exploring emotional responses and nervous system states
- integration of significant life experiences
- preparation and reflection around personal or transformative experiences
- grounding insight into practical, lived change
This is an independent coaching and education service. It does not constitute medical, psychological, occupational therapy, or psychiatric care, and is not a regulated health service.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical care.
Where relevant, I offer support for people preparing for or integrating experiences involving non-ordinary or expanded states of consciousness — including those arising from lawful settings, clinical research programs, or personal experience. This support is educational and reflective in nature, centred on safety, grounding, and meaning-making. It does not involve the provision, recommendation, or facilitation of any substance, and is not affiliated with any clinical or therapeutic program.
Clients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a GP or registered mental health professional alongside any work we do together.
